HEAD GARDENER WANTED

Our fantastic gardener Isabell has received a new opportunity as a teacher at Skillebyholm's Garden Education

– we wish her all the best and are now looking for her successor.

We are Osprey Farm Studio – a place where cultivation, food, architecture, and craftsmanship meet. We, Ina and Johnny, have built a business where we grow and invite people to experience the journey of food from farm to table at Farmers Markets, food festivals, courses, and events.

The farm encompasses 10 hectares of land:

– 1 hectare of vegetable cultivation according to organic principles/NO-dig

– Cut flower cultivation perennials/annuals

– Tunnel greenhouse for tomatoes, cucumbers, and herbs

– Fruit trees, berry bushes, and nut trees

– Wetland, sand beds, and deciduous forest

Everything we grow is used directly in our kitchen, at Farmers Markets, and at booked events.

We are looking for someone who wants to:

– Sow, plant, care for, and harvest

– Work sustainably and long-term

– Collaborate with our team of food artisans and growers

– Help build a vibrant place in motion

Qualifications:

– Experience in organic vegetable cultivation, flowers, shrubs, and trees

– Preferably a B driver's license and experience with gardening machinery/saws
